Mr. Chesnoff specializes in trademark, copyright and entertainment law matters. He previously was head of J C Penney Company’s trademark and copyright department, and more recently was Associate General Counsel and staff Vice President of Bristol-Myers Squibb as head of their trademark and copyright department. Mr. Chesnoff is admitted to the US Supreme Court.
